Toscana Soup (the Aw Shit way)

This soup is so easy to make and has a killer taste to be so simple. Grab a bottle of good Chianti, grate some Parmesan cheese on top and Jeez-o-Pete, you've got some of the best eating anywhere.

Ingredients:

* 1lb ground Italian sausage - don't go cheap here, look for real Italian sausage. Get the link sausage and take it out of the casing if you have to
* 1½ tsp crushed red peppers
* 2 tsp Aw Shit
* 1 large diced white onion
* 4 Tbsp bacon pieces
* 2 tsp garlic puree
* 10 cups chicken broth
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 lb sliced Russet potatoes, or about 3 large potatoes
* ¼ of a bunch of kale
* grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Sauté Italian sausage and crushed red pepper in a large pot. Drain excess fat, refrigerate while you prepare other ingredients.
In the same pan, sauté bacon, onions and garlic for approximately 15 mins. or until the onions are soft.
Add chicken broth to the onions, bacon and garlic. Cook until boiling.
Add potatoes and Aw Shit and cook until soft, about half an hour.
Add heavy cream and cook until thoroughly heated.
Stir in the sausage.
Add kale just before serving. Cover with Parmesan cheese and wow, Delicious!
