ShitKabobs
Who doesn’t like to eat kabobs? There’s just something about meats on a stick, I tell you what. This recipe calls for chicken breast, but really, you can use beef, pork, or whatever. And if you’re one of the few people who doesn’t like to eat kabobs, then you can also make this without the skewers and still enjoy it. Ha!
* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
* 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 2 in. pieces
* 1 sweet red onion, cut into wedges
* 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 2 in. pieces
* 1 cup BBQShit
* Skewers (if you use the wooden kind, then remember to soak them in water for 30 min. so they don’t catch fire)
Preheat the grill for high heat.
Push the skewers through the chicken, green bell pepper, onion, and green bell pepper pieces.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Put the kabobs on the grill, and brush them with the BBQShit.
Cook, turning and brushing with sauce frequently, for about 15 min. or until the juices from the chicken run clear.
Optional: add chunks of pineapple or mushrooms to your kabobs. And if you’re feeling frisky, try sprinkling the kabobs with SpecialShit (for a savory punch), AwShit (for a spicy kick), or GoodShit (for a salty/sweet kiss) before brushing with the sauce.
