Savorry SpecialShit Cheese Crackers

We all love snacks, but sometimes our favorite snacks can be full of all sorts of ingredients that are bad for our health. This recipe for delicious, savory crackers allows you to chow down on a snack without worrying about what kinds of substances you're putting into your body. Heck yeah!


* 8 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
* 16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
* 1 1/2 tsp Special Shit
* 2 cups flour
* 4 Tbsp water


1. Using an electric mixer, beat the softened butter and cheese together completely until it forms a soft ball-- it should all be one color.
2. Add the Special Shit and then add flour, a few tablespoons at a time, and mix with the mixer on slow speed. The dough will be very crumbly.
3. Once all of the flour is incorporated, add the water, one tablespoon at a time, until a dough forms that's similar to a pie crust. It shouldn't be crumbly but also shouldn't be wet. If you need to add a bit of water to get the right consistency, you can.
4. Wrap the lump of dough in plastic and chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat your oven to 350ยบ.
6. Divide the dough into 3 balls, and then use a rolling pin to roll each ball on a lightly floured surface, until it is 1/8 inch thick.
7. Use a knife to cut the dough into squares, or if you're feeling frisky, use a small cookie cutter to get whatever shape you want.
8. Place the crackers close together on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Bake the crackers for 12 to 15 minutes. When they are done, they should be golden brown, bubbled up, and dry to the touch. Remove them from the oven and cool them at room temperature.
