Chicken Shit Breakfast Pizza

Pizza for breakfast? Yes, please! Not only is this breakfast pizza delicious and easy, it's also easy to customize. Try adding different meats, cheeses, veggies, and even different Sh*ts!

Ingredients

* 1 prepared thin pizza crust (about 10 oz.), such as Boboli
* 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
* 8 large eggs
* 1 (10 oz.) package of frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
* 1/2 tsp. ChickenShit
* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 of a package of breakfast sausages (about 5 oz.), cooked and cut into bite size pieces

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 450 °F.
2. Brush the pizza crust on both sides with 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Place the crust directly onto the middle rack of the oven, and bake for 10 min.
3. Break the eggs into a bowl, and whisk them well, adding the ChickenShit and the red pepper flakes.
4. Add the rest of the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat, and heat the onions until they are translucent. Add the spinach and the sausage pieces and mix them around until they're heated through.
5. Add the onions, spinach and sausage into the eggs, and mix them until everything is
distributed evenly. Turn the heat down to low and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Gently stir the eggs until they are just set and still moist, about 3 or 4 minutes.
6. Spread the egg mixture evenly onto the baked pizza crust and top with the cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 1 minute.
