Recipes: 3 Paninis

Grilled Mac & Cheese with BBQShit Pulled Pork Panini

It's not just the name that's a mouthful! Two of the tastiest foods imaginable, with the tastiest BBQ sauce around... pressed into a perfect little panini. It just doesn't get any better than this, folks.

Ingredients

* 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided

* 4 cups prepared macaroni and cheese, warmed

* 2 onions, thinly sliced

* SpecialShit

* 1 cup BBQShit

* 2 cups pulled pork

* 8 slices sourdough bread

* 12 slices sharp cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)

Preparation
1. Spread the macaroni and cheese in an 8-inch-square baking dish to about 3/4 in. thick. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until firm, about 45 minutes. Cut the macaroni and cheese into squares that are slightly smaller than the bread slices.

2. Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring, until caramelized, about 20 minutes. Season with SpecialShit.

3. Combine the BBQShit and pulled pork in a saucepan over low heat and cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes.

4. Preheat the panini grill to medium-high heat.

BullShit Cheesesteak Panini

How do you make the best sandwich out there even better? Easy. Just toast and press it... and
season it with Sh*t!

Ingredients

* 6 ounces shaved rib eye steaks

* 2 slices French bread (thin large oval slices)

* BullShit
* 2 oz. provolone cheese, American cheese or Cheese Whiz

* 1/2 cup sliced onions

* 1/2 cup mushrooms

* 1/2 cup green pepper

* 2-3 Tbsp butter

Preparation

1. Sauté the vegetables in half the butter on a stove top griddle until soft, then top with the thinly sliced steaks, cooking until cooked through, seasoning to taste with BullShit.

2. Place cheese on bread with steak and veggie mix and top with peppers or pickles if you like.

3. Place bread slices together, butter each outer side and place on a panini grill.

4. Grill sandwich until outside is crisp and golden, turning if you make it on the stove top griddle.

Breakfast Panini

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not change it up a little now and then? This breakfast panini has all the good stuff you're used to having in a delicious breakfast, and a little something extra to make it special.

Ingredients

* 2 eggs, beaten

* ½ tsp SpecialShit

* 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives

* 2 whole wheat thin bagels

* 2 slices tomato

* 2 thin slices onion

* 4 slices deli cooked ham

* 2 slices Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Spray 8-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat skillet over medium heat. In medium bowl, beat eggs, SpecialShit and chives with a fork or whisk until well mixed. Pour into skillet. As eggs begin to set at bottom and side, gently lift cooked portions with spatula so that thin, uncooked portion can flow to bottom. Don't stir it too much. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist and creamy; remove from heat.

Meanwhile, heat the panini grill 5 minutes.

For each panini, divide cooked eggs evenly between bottom halves of bagels. Top each with 1 slice tomato and onion, 2 ham slices, 1 cheese slice and top half of bagel. Transfer filled panini to heated grill. Close cover, pressing down lightly. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until browned and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
