Ingredients:
Preparation: Fry
several pieces of bacon. Remove bacon and crumble.
Wash and string fresh green beans, leave whole. Add beans
to bacon drippings, and add water. Steam for 12
minutes. Set aside.
Sauté fresh mushrooms, which
have been sliced, in butter. Add Vermouth
(optional), Special Shit
or Good Shit, and 1/2 sautéed
mushrooms to the green beans and reheat.
To serve, arrange beans on a
serving dish, top with remaining mushrooms
and toasted almonds. Sprinkle with Special
Shit.
